LATE ARRIVALS

Each session has a dedicated time slot. The session will start and end on time. Please arrive early to have sufficient time to change and be ready in time for your session. Coaches and staff are not responsible for your child before or after the session. If you are delayed, your session cannot be extended.

ATTENDANCE

Regular attendance is mandatory. Once absent for four sessions, you will be notified via email that if you miss a fifth session, you will be removed from the award. If you are removed from the award, then you will be given the option and deadline to pay for the remaining term fees or leave the program. If you are removed from the award, you will not be eligible to reapply in the future.

PARTICIPATION

We expect your active participation in the program, and you will be asked to provide feedback during the terms. You may be asked for feedback through online surveys, interviews, emails, phone calls and/or social media.

MEDIA CONSENT

Qatar Foundation may wish to use images (film and photographs) of participants taking part in activities to:

Celebrate the achievements of the participants
Raise awareness about our programs and partnerships in PR publications
Promote marketing and fundraising efforts by Qatar Foundation

When using images of children participating in Qatar Foundation activities, we will:

avoid mentioning unnecessary personal information
Ensure that focus remains on the activities
Ensure fair representation of all those involved

Consent Statement

I give permission for the taking and/or publication of photos and videos of my child by designated photographers. I understand that photographs and films may be used for any appropriate Qatar Foundation marketing, media, and communications activity such as advertisements, literature, branding, or publications, and possibly published via electronic and social media platforms.
